Job Description

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

  • Supporting and independently completing test orchestration across the SDLC which will require problem solving using analysis, experience, and decision making
  • Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to software application solutions
  • Collect and escalate information needed from product teams, primarily U.S.-based.
  • Collaborate across product teams to support and enhance QE automation.
  • Responsible for Quality Chapter deliverables including traceability, automation coverage, environment capabilities, reporting, and analysis.
  • Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain testing automation solutions for business functionality.
  • Lead a work stream which may include directing the work of junior staff
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Automation Testing experience with automation tools such as Selenium, UI testing, Webservices Testing
  • 6+ years’ experience with Java or Design, code, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience creating and executing automation test scripts programming/development arena
  • Experience with system/integration/user acceptance testing
  • Experience with testing plans, documentation, process, and testing execution on multiple development deliverables
  • Experience with system/integration/user acceptance testing
  • Ability to lead and manage resources across different testing disciplines
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
