Good to Have

Role & Responsibilities

Senior Lead Developer

  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines
  • Design and implement core application modules and services
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
  • Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks and guide the team
  • Act as a bridge between product, business, and engineering teams
  • Implement automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance)
  • Drive Agile best practices, team mentoring, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution

Senior Developer / Developer

  • Design, develop, and enhance Java-based applications, APIs, and microservices
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules or features
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications
  • Perform peer code reviews and follow coding and security standards
  • Optimize database design and application performance
  • Integrate with third-party APIs, messaging systems, and cloud services
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
