Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Design and architect observability and reliability solutions to ensure business workflows are scalable, efficient, and resilient.
Lead incident management, coordinate response efforts, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain control during major incidents.
Build automation for managing applications, improving availability, and reducing repetitive tasks.
Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of both new and existing platforms, services, and application stacks.
Measure and optimize performance, capacity, and reliability across workloads.
Ensure platform availability through change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning.
Perform demand forecasting, load testing, and failover testing for capacity management.
Enforce strict change management practices including safe rollouts, fast detection, and rollback strategies.
Implement DevOps best practices like Blue-Green and Canary deployments, CI/CD, and continuous monitoring.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
1+ years of hands-on AWS experience in a production environment.
Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles.
Solid foundation in DevOps practices and toolchains.
Experience with observability tools: New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Logz.io, etc.
Knowledge of network infrastructure: Firewalls, ACLs, load balancers, etc.
Hands-on experience with IaC tools: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Serverless, Terraform.
Proficiency in Python (preferred).
