Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist – Software Engineering with strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and a foundational understanding of Loan IQ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and related technologies.
- Design, implement, and optimize complex database structures, stored procedures, and queries using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Integrate Loan IQ features and functionalities into existing systems, ensuring seamless interaction between applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, database optimization, and integration workflows.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and architects to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best development practices, and security guidelines.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and provide mentorship or guidance to junior team members when needed.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, triggers, and database design.
- Mandatory Skill: .NET Microservices architecture – ability to build, maintain, and deploy microservices-based applications.
- Basic working knowledge of Loan IQ and its functional components.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, integration patterns, and secure data handling practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to diagnose and fix complex issues
Good to Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of messaging frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with financial systems or lending domain modules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in software development with strong .NET and SQL expertise.
