About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Tandem Developer skilled in HP Non-Stop systems to support mission-critical applications for the Gallagher account. The role involves hands-on development, optimization, and maintenance of core systems in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on HP Non-Stop (Tandem) systems.
- Work with COBOL, TACL, and Tandem utilities for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Manage batch processing and OLTP systems ensuring performance and reliability.
- Optimize system performance through tuning and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure system stability, documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tandem/HP Non-Stop development.
- Experience in Escribe or SQLMP database systems.
- Exposure to insurance claims or related domain (preferred).
