Summary:

As a User Researcher in our team, you contribute to an excellent user experience of SAP’s strategic S/4HANA cloud solution. 

The Role:

As a User Researcher you work closely together with key design and product team members to identify and explore discovery spaces. Your job as a user researcher will be to lead and execute user-centric projects end-to-end, from roll-in to conceptualization and usability testing.

You engage with end users, customers, and customer-facing teams to better understand the needs of the users. With your skills and passion, you and the whole UX team are driving a user-centric product definition.

 

What you bring :

– Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields

– Minimum 4-6 years experience in conducting user research, preferably in a business software context

– Experience with applying a variety of both, qualitative and quantitative user research methods

– Experience with different research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Respondent, User Interviews)

– Experience in the area of ERP software and/or working in the product operating model is a plus

– Excellent communication skills in German and English

 

 You are a dynamic and strong team player with good writing, presentation, and time management skills. You feel comfortable working and communicating in international and cross-functional teams. You can effectively engage and convey findings to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
