About the Role
As a Service Assurance Advisor – Cloud Migrations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success, reliability, and quality of customer cloud migration initiatives. You will work closely with customers and internal Pega teams to provide expert technical guidance, ensure smooth transitions to cloud environments, and help customers realize maximum value from Pega’s cloud and platform offerings.
What You’ll Do at Pega
- Provide technical advisory and service assurance during customer cloud migration projects
- Work directly with customers at a hands-on technical level to understand requirements and challenges
- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and migration methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Consulting, Engineering, Product, and Cloud Operations
- Identify risks, troubleshoot complex migration issues, and drive effective resolutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the migration lifecycle
- Continuously build expertise in existing and emerging Pega products and cloud services
- Uphold a strong focus on service quality, reliability, and customer success
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud, or enterprise platforms
- 3+ years of Pega Consulting experience (preferred)
- CSSA certification (minimum requirement)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with leadership presence and composure under pressure
- Proven ability to interact directly with customers in technical discussions
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions
- Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of new and existing Pega products and services
- Professional, organized, efficient, and detail-oriented approach to work
