Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, Integrations, and HRSD to work in a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on exposure to designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and data exchange processes across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems  using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors .
• Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements .
• Workflow Automation Customization:
• Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes .
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules , including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB , to align with business requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations and workflows, resolving defects promptly.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, custom applications, and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, integration capabilities, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement  
• Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD & Integrtion, Employee workflow modules, Employee life cycle journey.
• Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, Glide Record, etc

Hands-on experience with:

• HRSD Implementation
• Employee Workflow Modules
• Employee Lifecycle Journeys
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Client & Server APIs including:
• GlideDialogWindow
• GlideForm
• GlideAggregate

Preferred / Advantageous Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
