Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Services Sales and Account Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding client relationships and selling professional services. The role focuses on building strong customer partnerships, identifying opportunities, and closing services-led deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
- Identify potential clients and understand their business goals and challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical teams to position services and solutions effectively
- Conduct business meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Drive new business acquisition and manage existing accounts
- Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Maintain sales records, revenue details, and CRM updates
- Provide post-sales support and trusted customer engagement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software services sales or related markets
- Proven experience selling software services to large enterprises
- Exposure to international or multinational client engagements (preferred)
- Strong ability to independently build and grow business
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of technology services and solution selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with long-term relationship building skills
