Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite: Tue, Wed + 1 Flexible Day)

About the Job
DTCC is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support secure enterprise applications. This role contributes directly to strengthening the security and reliability of global financial market infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software applications in alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build comprehensive unit test cases and support continuous integration & delivery practices.
- Collaborate with SMEs to review technical designs, standards, and system documentation.
- Provide production support for IAM and security-related applications.
- Participate in design discussions, improve coding standards, and enhance SDLC practices.
- Integrate risk & control processes into daily work and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- ware development or IAM engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong programming/scripting skills: Unix Shell, Python, Java.
- Experience with relational databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of IAM concepts and security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azu
- Minimum 4 years of experience in softre cloud environments.
Preferred Skills
- Practical experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, RSA, Bravura, HashiCorp, Microsoft AD.
- Knowledge of IGA, RBAC, PBAC, PAM, SoD, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Familiarity with Active Directory & Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Power BI for reporting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, transparency, and conflict-resolution skills.
