Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce.com, Force.com, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, integrations, and managing full lifecycle Salesforce projects with high user volumes.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

  • Hands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex APIs, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Lead multiple Salesforce implementations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and maintain relationships with offshore development teams.

Integration & Architecture

  • Implement and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and Events.
  • Collaborate with teams on architectural decisions and Salesforce best practices.
  • Experience with MuleSoft is preferred for integration projects.

Quality & Agile Practices

  • Collaborate with QA to review test plans and test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Apply Agile software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues effectively.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work independently on assignments and provide reliable support to internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively present information and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain strong organizational and analytical skills to handle complex Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Familiarity with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations for 500+ user licenses.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
