Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in lead generation, pre-sales, deal closures, and account management, while contributing innovative strategies for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Closures: Generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive deal closures through structured engagement.
- Pre-Sales: Understand customer project requirements, prepare detailed proposals with estimates, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Portfolio Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Intelegain’s services, capabilities, and portfolio across industries and solutions.
- Networking: Represent the organization at domestic and international events, tech fests, and meetups for business development.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and sales closures.
- Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, drive upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Growth: Devise innovative strategies for new client acquisition, customer retention, and market expansion.
Desired Experience & Skills
- 4–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in IT/Tech Services.
- Strong consultative selling, pre-sales, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business opportunities.
