Job Description
Executive / Sr. Executive – Marketing
📍 Location: Mumbai
🏢 Department: Marketing & Communication
👤 Reporting To: Head – Marketing & Communication
Role Objective
Support marketing communications by creating technical content, generating leads, and engaging with customers while acting as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage technical marketing content for campaigns and communications.
- Act as a technical SME for marketing materials.
- Generate and nurture leads through tele-calling and client meetings.
- Coordinate with sales for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Conduct primary market research via calls and meetings.
- Demonstrate products and solutions at customer sites.
- Maintain and clean marketing and lead data.
- Work with internal teams to gather product and software information.
- Continuously update knowledge through research, workshops, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Education: BE / B.Tech (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
Skills
- PowerPoint, Canva, and presentation tools.
- MS Excel and research skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and media creation.
