Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Service
Location: Kochi
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Service Engineers / Sr. Service Engineers to manage service operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and perform troubleshooting and repair of imaging products. The role requires strong technical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet service KPIs within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Service Operations
- Manage service operations and ensure adherence to KPI norms and quality standards.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
- Control TAT (Turnaround Time) and other service parameters for improved efficiency.
Technical Servicing
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of imaging products (Digital Cameras, Mirrorless Cameras, DSLR cameras, and Lenses) at the company’s service centre.
- Ensure quick and accurate repair resolution across product categories to meet productivity and target metrics.
- Conduct quality control checks for all repaired products.
Customer Handling
- Address and resolve customer queries or escalations via phone or in person.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure smooth service interactions.
Process & Quality Control
- Optimize part consumption through precise fault identification and effective troubleshooting.
- Identify repeat cases, analyze root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain consistent standards of service quality and operational discipline.
