Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled SuccessFactors LMS Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business processes, map requirements, and deliver effective SuccessFactors-based learning solutions. This role includes consulting on HR best practices, future-state process design, and ensuring that system capabilities are aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult HR best practices and map current-state processes to future-state designs.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business requirements for SuccessFactors LMS implementations.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors LMS and assist with integrations.
- Participate in system testing, analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support presales/sales engagements as required.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants.
- Travel onsite for project deployments as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations (cloud-based).
- Experience with PA, OM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and role authorizations preferred.
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS; exposure to another SF module is a plus.
- At least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation.
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HCM best practices and system development processes.
- Good understanding of integrations and system administration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
