Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Functional Consultant to join our team in delivering high-quality recruitment and onboarding solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current HR processes, design optimized future-state workflows, and ensure alignment with SuccessFactors RCM and ONB capabilities. The role involves gathering detailed functional requirements, documenting business needs, and translating them into effective system configurations and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current-state HR recruitment and onboarding processes and design future-state optimized workflows.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB modules; support additional modules as needed.
- Coordinate integration requirements and provide functional troubleshooting support.
- Participate in system development lifecycle activities including testing, validation, and UAT support.
- Support sales/presales initiatives through demos, solution inputs, and documentation.
- Train and mentor junior consultants on module functionalities and best practices.
- Travel onsite for client engagements based on project needs.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors cloud implementations.
- Hands-on configuration experience with RCM/ONB; additional SF modules are a plus.
- Experience in PA, OM, Payroll, Time, and roles & authorizations preferred.
- At least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation.
- Valid SuccessFactors RCM/ONB certification (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HCM best practices and HR business processes.
- Good technical appreciation of SAP systems, integrations, and administration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
