System Engineer
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (On-site)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to support hardware design, control panel engineering, and system integration for industrial automation projects. The role involves preparing engineering deliverables, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring high-quality system execution as per standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control system hardware including GA drawings, wiring schematics, SLDs, and loop diagrams.
- Select appropriate components (relays, I/O modules, processors, barriers, etc.) based on project specifications.
- Prepare BOMs, wiring databases, and typical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.
- Perform power and heat-load calculations and ensure compliance with IEC/UL/CE standards.
- Maintain design documentation, revision control, and manage customer review cycles.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and global engineering teams for assembly and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design vs. build discrepancies during panel integration.
- Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, conduct stakeholder discussions, and manage risks.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in control panel integration, PLC cabinet design, or industrial automation projects.
- Strong understanding of control panel components, power circuits, PLCs, and communication protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET, CAN, etc.).
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and panel layout drawings.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fieldbus communication (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, MODBUS).
- Familiarity with compliance standards (CE, UL, ATEX).
- Basic PLC/HMI programming exposure.
- Knowledge of control panel manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
