Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to manage, enhance, and support our SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP GRC modules, with a focus on Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), and Risk Management (RM). The consultant will ensure that GRC processes and tools are optimized for enterprise risk management, compliance, and access governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support AC submodules: Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), User Access Review (UAR), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Maintain rule sets, mitigation controls, and monitor critical access risks.
- Design and manage multistage workflows for access requests, approvals, and provisioning.
- Support synchronization of user access data from external systems for consolidated risk analysis.
- Integrate PC waiver and RCA processes with AC and RM for holistic governance.
- Oversee the complete risk lifecycle: identification, assessment, response planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Maintain risk registers, align risks with strategic objectives, and facilitate risk workshops.
- Configure dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring and executive decision support.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP GRC AC, PC, and RM modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Security Projects (Implementation, Upgrade, Rollouts) and SAP Security Support (ECC, BI, HR, CRM, S/4HANA, Fiori).
- Experience in SAP BPC Security is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
