Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Developer / Team Lead with strong C/C++ development expertise to lead a team and take ownership of end-to-end software delivery. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ based software on Linux platforms
- Lead and guide a team of developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements
- Write efficient, maintainable, and secure code
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and implement effective solutions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure software meets security, reliability, and performance standards
- Participate in technical discussions, planning, and status reviews
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in C / C++
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments
- Knowledge of Networking concepts, especially Packet Processing and Filtering
- Experience creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
- Strong debugging skills using tools like GDB
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Proven experience leading teams of 5+ members
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
