About the Role

As a Tech Lead – Software Development Engineer, you will own and drive technical excellence across the Altair and Noah clusters, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. You will mentor team members, lead by example, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Altair and Noah clusters, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in coding standards, architecture, and process efficiencies.

Required Skills

  • Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in MySQL.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive technical ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Golang and Java.
  • Knowledge of scalable distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high-performance computing clusters.
