Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analysis Engineer I to support business and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for system and application development. This role acts as a bridge between end-users and product development teams, contributing to project delivery through structured analysis and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between end-users and product development teams.
- Partner with Senior Business Analysts to examine, define, and document project requirements.
- Communicate business and technical requirements clearly to development teams.
- Support requirement analysis and help define appropriate technical solutions.
- Assist in defining the approach for system design and construction.
- Contribute to and manage assigned project tasks.
- Perform technical and business analysis activities using established processes.
- Use deductive reasoning to solve standard problems and make recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Conceptual understanding of business analysis theories, practices, and procedures.
