About the Role
As a Technical Content Developer, you will collaborate with illustrators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create high-quality technical content for Dell product lines. You’ll contribute to enhancing the customer experience by producing accurate, easy-to-understand content across multiple channels.
What You’ll Achieve
- Develop accurate, concise, and high-quality content independently that enhances Dell products.
- Participate in content lifecycle processes, including identifying requirements, developing content, validating quality, and releasing deliverables.
- Maintain project schedules aligned with product features, requirements, and timelines.
- Represent the Content Engineering & Translation (CE&T) team in cross-functional meetings and content strategy discussions.
- Contribute to initiatives that leverage new technologies and processes to improve content development and customer experience.
Essential Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content development via internships, student jobs, or first job assignments.
- Strong affinity with IT and technology trends.
- Knowledge of content formats: DITA, XML, HTML; experience with authoring, publishing, and graphic design tools.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to review information and draw accurate conclusions.
- Self-motivated, organized, curious, and driven.
