Role Summary:
As a Technical Leader – Software, you will be responsible for owning high-level design/architecture, ensuring the quality of technical deliverables, and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own high-level architecture and design models
- Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and project leads for seamless project execution
- Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to SLK coding and design standards
- Contribute to reusable components and organizational knowledge base
- Mentor team members and assist in resource planning
- Provide deployment and post-go-live support
- Stay updated on latest technology trends and integrate them where applicable
