About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects at our Gurugram office. Your expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) SPL will be key in driving project success by managing scope, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. You will collaborate closely with sponsors and stakeholders, supporting sales with innovative solutions and championing delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery for Oracle Utilities C2M or CCS projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide strategic direction across multiple teams.
- Manage project scope, risk, cost, and service quality for profitability and success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align on goals.
- Mentor and develop junior professionals to strengthen delivery capabilities.
- Deliver innovative solutions supporting sales and business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) SPL.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end implementations of C2M or CCS, with knowledge of Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, SOM module, and Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks and risk mitigation.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience.
- Full-time education equivalent to 15 years (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
