As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Handling Specialist/Manager to join our team and drive our lead generation and lead management efforts to new heights.

Role & responsibilities

 

  • Manage and oversee the lead handling process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up on all leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead capture, qualification, and nurturing to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define lead management workflows, criteria, and lead scoring models.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to track, analyze, and report on lead performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices for lead handling, including lead qualification techniques, communication strategies, and CRM usage.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate lead handling processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead management and sales automation, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in lead management efforts..

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead management, or related roles, with a track record of success in driving qualified leads and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management tools preferred.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
