Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAT Coordinator to manage and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across enterprise applications and system implementations. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience in managing UAT schedules, execution, and defect closure to ensure business readiness for production releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate UAT plans and schedules, including timelines, cycles, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and track UAT prerequisites such as environments, data readiness, user access, and technical dependencies.
  • Ensure UAT milestones are aligned with overall project delivery timelines.
  • Manage multiple UAT cycles while balancing priorities and dependencies.2. Stakeholder Coordination & Test Execution Support
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to define UAT scope, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate UAT kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and checkpoint reviews during execution.
  • Support business testers by clarifying requirements, test steps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Capture and document UAT execution results accurately and completely.
  • Log, track, and prioritize defects in alignment with project workflows and quality standards.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to drive defect resolution, retesting, and closure.
  • Prepare and share UAT status and summary reports for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and release readiness.
  • Support final UAT sign-off and go-live readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience coordinating UAT or QA activities in software, system, or workflow-based projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret business and functional requirements and translate them into actionable UAT scenarios.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum / Waterfall delivery models.
  • Experience in enterprise application implementations.
  • Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage UAT across multiple projects or releases simultaneously.
