About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create visually appealing and highly functional digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces and improve user experience across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Design UI components, icons, and layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Optimize designs based on feedback and usability findings.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
  • Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory).
  • Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing for SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and e-commerce websites.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects.
  • Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills.
