Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a roadmap of services and lifecycle support offerings to accelerate VCF adoption and customer value realization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—product, engineering, marketing, architecture, and delivery teams—to align technical content and execution strategies.
  • Define and deliver high-quality, scalable technical assets including:
  • Standardized scoping guides and delivery frameworks
  • Proposal templates and engagement playbooks
  • Technical enablement materials
  • Best practices documentation
  • Translate regional customer requirements into global service innovation.
  • Drive growth in VCF consumption through continuous improvement of engagement quality and asset performance.
  • Support and scale lifecycle adoption programs (e.g., Technical Adoption Manager offerings) for internal teams and partners.
  • Provide technical guidance and enablement to global delivery teams and partners.
  • Track performance metrics and customer outcomes to ensure measurable success.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years, preferably in cloud infrastructure, consulting, lifecycle support, or enterprise IT.
  • Strong technical background in VMware Cloud Foundation, private cloud, or modern application infrastructure.
  • Experience in consulting services, program development, or customer success lifecycle roles.
  • Proficiency in working across technical and business domains, with the ability to translate customer needs into executable technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, ownership, and customer value.
