  • Preferred: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) and/or Post-Graduate in Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Dealer Sales Manager to oversee vehicle sales operations across designated dealer locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer engagement, driving value-added services, and ensuring adherence to market activity plans.

Key Responsibilities / Result Areas

  • Achieve actual vehicle sales against assigned targets.
  • Ensure C1 Form generation as per target.
  • Monitor and improve conversion ratio and time at all sales stages (C0 to retail).
  • Drive Value Added Services (VAS) sales including accessories, AMC, and other service offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to and effectiveness of market activity plans.
  • Coordinate with dealers to strengthen sales processes and achieve performance benchmarks.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams for business growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in automobile dealership sales management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking, CRM tools, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and strategize for target achievement.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver results.
