Job Purpose

The Senior Manager – Marketing (K-12 Business) will lead, plan, and execute marketing and communication strategies (both print and digital) aligned with Cambridge’s brand and business goals. This role focuses on driving engagement and growth for the K-12 home publishing business across South Asia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Sales, and Strategic Partners—to create integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen the Cambridge brand and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote K-12 products across South Asia.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated campaigns (digital, social, and traditional).
  • Understand customer segments to create localized and effective communications.
  • Measure campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Oversee quality control of all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Cambridge brand standards.
  • Manage a Marketing Executive and supervise the K-12 marketing budget.
  • Partner with sales teams to plan activation campaigns for deeper school penetration and retention.
  • Design and execute STEM-focused campaigns to expand reach in target segments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Publishing, Education, or EdTech industry.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, campaign execution, and brand management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with excellent command of English.
  • Experience in managing multicultural teams and large-scale marketing projects.
