Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models that enable data-driven decision-making and business innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data science, predictive modeling, and AI frameworks, with hands-on experience in developing scalable ML pipelines and integrating models into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization to improve performance.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and data science tools.
• Present insights, visualizations, and model results to stakeholders in an actionable format.
• Participate in code reviews, model validation, and system monitoring for deployed models.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Julia.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
