Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Revenue Cloud, Advanced CPQ, and Billing, with a proven track record of architecting scalable and secure Salesforce ecosystems that align with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce architecture design and implementation across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions.
  • Define and implement integration strategies with external systems using APIs, middleware, and data platforms.
  • Design and customize Revenue Cloud, Advanced CPQ, and Billing components using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
  • Implement product configuration rules, pricing logic, and quote workflows aligned with business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Integrate Revenue Cloud with external ERP, CRM, and billing systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure overall solution quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and architects to enable advanced features and maintain scalability.
  • Work independently, managing multiple prioritieshile maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Salesforce Integration (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Event)

  • Enterprise Roadmap / Strategy
  • Data Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect or Advanced Developer certifications
  • Experience in Revenue Cloud, Advanced CPQ, and Billing implementations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
