About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate/Senior Associate – IT Infrastructure to join our IT team in Noida. The ideal candidate will assist in managing IT assets, vendor coordination, billing and invoicing processes, and internal audit activities. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Purchasing, Invoicing & Billing

  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement-related activities.
  • Prepare and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and submit Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage online invoice submissions.
  • Track payments and maintain accurate billing records for all vendor services and purchases.
  • Work closely with the Accounts and Finance team for timely invoice processing.

2. Audits & Reporting

  • Support and execute various internal IT audits and asset management activities, including:
  • IT Room Inventory Audit
  • Dual Asset Audit
  • Monitor Audit
  • Mobile Device Audit
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, track findings, and ensure timely review and closure of observations.
  • Maintain compliance with internal IT governance and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech / BCA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, asset management, or IT administration.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and billing workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
