 About the Internship

This internship is designed to provide freshers and students with hands-on exposure to business development workflows and market research practices. We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and career-driven individuals who want to gain practical experience in lead generation, client engagement, and business strategy. Successful candidates will receive mentorship, performance-based stipends, and priority consideration for full-time roles after the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients across diverse industries.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and study industry trends and customer needs.
  • Profile Optimization: Assist in improving company/freelancing profiles and preparing client proposals.
  • Data Management: Maintain records of leads, contacts, and communications in an organized manner.
  • Collaboration: Support the business development team with outreach campaigns and client interactions.

Who Can Apply

  • Graduate or final-year students (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be available for onsite work in Kolkata for 3–4 months.
