Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager – IT Hardware Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on enterprise, corporate, and SME clients, with a strong emphasis on the IT mobility vertical. This role requires a proven ability to build new accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive market growth in the IT hardware domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver IT hardware and mobility solutions’ value propositions to enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Drive local business development strategies and market growth initiatives.
  • Manage project tracking tools for business development activities and measure performance impact.
  • Build a strong ecosystem by collaborating with developers, ISVs, consultants, OEMs, and integrators.
  • Leverage carrier and partner networks to expand SMB and enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads, identify new account prospects, and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Expand the customer database by adding and nurturing new accounts.
  • Present tailored solutions and value-driven propositions to prospective clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT hardware sales, B2B/enterprise business development, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, IT mobility solutions, and industry ecosystem.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High energy, self-driven, and ability to inspire clients and teams.
