Mode: Hybrid (Mon-Fri)
CTC: 20-40 LPA CTC
Experience: 4 – 8 Years
 

Job Summary

We are looking for a DAM Engineer responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing Digital Asset Management workflows and integrations. The role involves backend development, automation, and cloud-based operations to ensure efficient asset ingestion, transformation, distribution, and governance across enterprise marketing ecosystems.

Primary Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., AEM Assets or equivalent)

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Asset ingestion, metadata modeling & versioning

    • Asset workflows, transformation & delivery pipelines

  • Backend development using Python, C#, .NET, PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or R

  • Experience with REST API development and integrations

  • Cloud experience, preferably AWS S3 for asset storage and automation

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery

  • Proficiency with Git / Bitbucket for version control and deployments

  • Shell scripting and automation in Linux/Unix or macOS

  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience

  • Basic database query skills

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in creative marketing DevOps or digital content production environments

  • Familiarity with metadata governance, tagging automation, and asset rights management

  • Frontend development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS 1.x)

  • Experience managing or supporting marketing campaigns and offers

  • Ability to propose technology improvements aligned with business goals
