Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive for our Back-End / Non-Voice Customer Service – Email Support team. The ideal candidate must possess strong reading and writing skills and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service through email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all email requests are actioned based on client instructions and service standards.
- Maintain clear communication and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in written communication.

Qualifications
- Higher Education Diploma (Any stream).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in back-end, email support, or non-voice processes.
