About the Role
We are seeking an HR–Talent Acquisition Expert with a strong background in infrastructure and construction consultancy recruitment. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and onboarding technical professionals for Roads & Highways, Bridges, Railways, Water & Wastewater, and Irrigation Projects across India Experience with INFRACON portal and government tender-based project staffing will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit technical experts such as Civil Engineers, Structural Experts, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD Professionals, and Site Engineers for:
- Roads & Highway Bridges
- Railway Infrastructure Projects
- Water Supply & Wastewater Management
- Irrigation and Canal Projects
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for infrastructure consultancy projects.
- Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, INFRACON, etc.) to identify and screen suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with Technical, Project, Tendering, and Proposal teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain an updated candidate database for INFRACON and other government empanelment platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding.
- Support proposal submissions by ensuring resource readiness for project bids and mobilization.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor practices to optimize talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within Construction Consultancy or Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of project-based roles (EPC, PMC, DPR consultancy).
- Hands-on experience with INFRACON Portal and familiarity with CPPP, GeM, Tenderwizard, and other government systems.
- Proven experience recruiting for government-funded infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and multi-project hiring experience.
