HR – Talent Acquisition Expert (Infrastructure & Construction Projects)

Location: Noida, Sector 62, India

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum


About the Role

We are seeking an HR–Talent Acquisition Expert with a strong background in infrastructure and construction consultancy recruitment. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and onboarding technical professionals for Roads & Highways, Bridges, Railways, Water & Wastewater, and Irrigation Projects across India Experience with INFRACON portal and government tender-based project staffing will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit technical experts such as Civil Engineers, Structural Experts, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD Professionals, and Site Engineers for:
  • Roads & Highway Bridges
  • Railway Infrastructure Projects
  • Water Supply & Wastewater Management
  • Irrigation and Canal Projects
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for infrastructure consultancy projects.
  • Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, INFRACON, etc.) to identify and screen suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Project, Tendering, and Proposal teams to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database for INFRACON and other government empanelment platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding.
  • Support proposal submissions by ensuring resource readiness for project bids and mobilization.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor practices to optimize talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within Construction Consultancy or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project-based roles (EPC, PMC, DPR consultancy).
  • Hands-on experience with INFRACON Portal and familiarity with CPPP, GeM, Tenderwizard, and other government systems.
  • Proven experience recruiting for government-funded infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and multi-project hiring experience.
