About the Role

Sourcedesk Global is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (or final-year student) eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fast-growing IT organization and contribute directly to the success of our Human Resources function. If you are a people-person who enjoys collaboration, communication, and organization — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 1–2 hiring requirements per day, from sourcing to interview coordination.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
  • Shortlist resumes based on skills, experience, and job relevance.
  • Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess fit and interest levels.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Post job openings across platforms and maintain job listings.
  • Follow up with candidates for pre-offer documentation and updates.
  • Assist the HR Head with daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Available for full-time, in-office internship.

Any Graduate or MBA (HR) student/fresher can apply.

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome!)
