Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MERN Developer with a passion for building dynamic, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and modern frameworks like Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle — from concept to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build responsive, SEO-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Implement unit tests using frameworks like Mocha and Chai.
• Optimize front-end and back-end performance for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG) and React hooks.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Mocha, Chai).
• Good understanding of server-side rendering, API routes, and web vitals.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or other cloud environments.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.
