Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with 6–8 years of full-time consulting, design, and implementation experience across key Oracle Fusion Financial modules — General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM).

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and techno-functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver business-aligned financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM) to meet complex business requirements.
  • Provide techno-functional support for enterprise financial processes, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization.
  • Develop and manage financial reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Support period close, consolidation, and financial reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Finance, Supply Chain, and IT — to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and deliver custom reports, interfaces, and extensions.
  • Contribute to Application Management Services (AMS) and production support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and audit requirements during system configuration and testing.
  • Lead or mentor small teams, and work independently when required.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 6–8 years of full-time experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.
  • Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and CM modules.
  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with period close, reconciliation, and consolidation processes.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and AMS support models.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Experience in client-facing consulting environments.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering Oracle SaaS-based Finance solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
