About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Planning & Analysis (P&A) Project Manager to lead initiatives within our retail technology and merchandising systems ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in retail planning, allocation, and merchandising systems, combined with strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with global teams, drive technology transformation projects, and deliver impactful retail solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Planning & Allocation (P&A) and related merchandising system initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise :
- Oracle Retail RMS
- Assortment Planning
- Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)
- SAS Size/Pack Optimization
- Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Allocation, Forecasting, and Replenishment tools
- Drive effective communication between technical and functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and deliver status updates and performance metrics to leadership.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
Desired Skills:
- Functional knowledge of RMS Stock Ledger and Planning & Allocation (P&A) modules.
- Experience managing retail domain or enterprise-scale technology implementations.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and retail analytics tools.
