Job Description

The Project Engineer will play a key role in implementing and supporting Energy Solutions Pipeline Modeling Software for clients. This position involves configuring systems, providing technical training, delivering consultation, and ensuring successful deployment of customized software solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing client-facing responsibilities with strong technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement customized software solutions using Energy Solutions Pipeline Modeling Software.
  • Configure, install, and fine-tune Energy Solutions systems at client sites.
  • Train operators and client personnel on software usage, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze project requirements to align them with the capabilities of Energy Solutions products.
  • Deliver consulting and technical guidance to clients throughout project execution.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and support materials as needed.
  • Engage in extensive travel to client sites for installation, training, and system support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, OR equivalent experience in pipeline development or operations.

  • 0–2 years of experience in:
  • Pipeline operations
  • Leak detection systems
  • Strong knowledge of software systems applications.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline hydraulics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Knowledge of C/C++ and Fortran is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SCADA systems, instrumentation, and process control.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills for delivering customer training.
  • Business knowledge of natural gas marketing and transportation.
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
