Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and results-driven Sales Leader to drive growth across our SaaS and IT Services business units. This role combines team leadership with individual sales contribution, requiring a professional who can both lead by example and deliver high-value results directly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS sales, IT services sales, and enterprise business development, with a proven ability to manage teams, enforce discipline, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
 - Enforce structured reporting, strict team discipline, and accountability through daily/weekly reviews.
 - Define and implement sales KPIs, CRM hygiene practices, and performance monitoring systems.
 - Identify skill gaps and organize training to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
 - Take corrective actions when targets or performance standards are not met.
 
Revenue Generation (Individual Sales)
- Manage a personal sales pipeline, driving new business for SaaS and IT services offerings.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.
 - Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets while supporting team success.
 - Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals.
 
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational growth goals.
 - Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for SaaS and IT solutions.
 - Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
 - Provide data-driven insights and forecasts to senior management.
 
Discipline & Compliance
- Enforce adherence to ethical sales practices, company policies, and reporting standards.
 - Maintain a culture of ownership, accountability, and process discipline within the team.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing SaaS or IT services teams.
 - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas both as a leader and individual contributor.
 - Strong understanding of SaaS business models, IT staffing, and solution sales.
 - Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Highly data-driven, process-oriented, and disciplined in sales execution.
 - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
 - MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
