Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Java-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using best development practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define, build, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and design patterns.
• Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot production and development issues.
• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure code reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all development work.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
