Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and customizations.

  • Create and maintain scripted solutions to automate business processes.

  • Manage data loading processes, including data imports and exports.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for custom development.

  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the quality assurance process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on scripting.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.

  • Experience in data loading techniques and tools within ServiceNow.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant scripting languages.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and web services.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
