Salary Range: ₹30,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 per annum

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Snowflake Lead to drive end-to-end data architecture, modeling, and design initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Snowflake and data modeling, combined with strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure the delivery of high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Design and document solution architectures using the arc42 framework and create Architecture Decision Records (ADR).
  • Develop and optimize data models (3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
  • Apply Data Vault 2.0 modeling concepts in enterprise-level data solutions.
  • Ensure high performance and efficiency in Snowflake scripts for large datasets.
  • Guide design and development teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
  • Collaborate with BI teams for performance optimization and analytics delivery.
  • Utilize Wherescape RED & 3D tools for automation and modeling (preferred).

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.
  • Strong experience in data modeling — 3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema.
  • Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 modeling and modern data architecture frameworks.
  • Experience in solution design and architecture documentation using arc42.
  • Working knowledge of Wherescape RED & 3D is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to design and deliver end-to-end data pipeline and BI solutions.
