About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Specialist – Software Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and delivering complex enterprise-grade applications, driving technical excellence, and mentoring teams through the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
  • Conceptualize and design domain models, high-level architecture, and low-level pseudocode specifications.
  • Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) using tools such as Apache Camel for system integration.
  • Drive best practices in Agile development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.
  • Resolve complex production issues and support post-deployment stability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Java-based development with a strong focus on large, architecturally complex and business-critical systems.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead for at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Oracle databases.
  • Strong understanding of Microservice-based architecture and REST API design.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and delegation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | API Gateway | JUnit | Maven | Git | Swagger | Postman | Selenium (Automation Testing)

Good to Have:

Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)

Experience using Apache Camel or similar integration tools
