Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce applications, ensure seamless integrations, and lead technical excellence across multiple projects in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Create and manage Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.

Integration & API Development:

  • Develop SOAP and REST-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Implement and maintain secure, scalable integration solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Version Control & CI/CD:

  • Utilize Git, Gearset, or Copado for version control, deployment automation, and release management.
  • Follow DevOps principles to streamline development and deployment cycles.

Architecture & Security:

  • Apply deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture to ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Contribute to technical design sessions and architectural discussions for scalable Salesforce solutions.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery:

  • Work across multiple scrum teams, following agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Partner with offshore teams to maintain development quality and project consistency.

Maintenance & Support:

  • Conduct root cause analysis and problem resolution for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Support and maintain applications across full lifecycle implementations (minimum 500+ user environments).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Apex
  • Salesforce Aura Components
  • Salesforce Visualforce
  • Salesforce Integration (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Event APIs)

Additional Skills:

  • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
  • Git / Gearset / Copado (for version control & CI/CD)
  • Understanding of Salesforce security & governance best practices
